Two large bedrooms and a bunk room, two full bathrooms, a living room with the fireplace and a large eat in fully stocked kitchen. Large outdoor areas to dine, play games, sit around the fire pit or just sit and enjoy the fantastic view. There is also a dock for boating, fishing or watching the sunset.

Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!

Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.

THE LAKE IS back!! Thank God for the rain. The cabin provides a relaxing getaway. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.
