Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Banjol

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Pjerina is a wonderful, warm, cheerful, approachable and very intelligent and well-read lady. The wonderful conversations with her will remain in our fond memory!

Everything was wonderful except for a check-in misunderstanding. We felt super comfortable with the 4 children and got good tips. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk away and the nice thing is that there are not too many tourists or you don't notice it. Thank you, Irma, for everything! We will be back

The welcome was friendly and personal. Everything was explained and shown to us. We also received various tips on where we could go and what would be happening. Overall, I rate the host very highly.

Staying at Palmina was like staying with family. We immediately felt at home in this spacious and sparkling clean characteristic Croatian house with the super friendly and helpful Palmina as hostess. She prepared a dish for us three times: a delicious borek on arrival, tomatoes with gorgonzola and mozzarella as a side dish and a sourdough bread from her own starter that was still warm in a cloth at our front door in the morning. She also likes to think about excursions and gives useful and useful tips. The apartment has a great view over the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres. You need a car for shopping or visiting the coast, but we didn't find that a problem. If you like crowds, renting a lounger and parasol and lots of shops and restaurants, you can go directly down to the coast. If you prefer more peace and quiet and your own towel, turn right downstairs and follow the coastal road until it becomes greener.

We stayed here for 6 for a week and the apartment was really great for that. Plenty of space and two separate areas. The best would be the 4 bathrooms and the balcony with great views. There was also everything else you need, enough towels, blankets and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Opposite the house is a pizzeria that is highly recommended and only a 2-minute walk away you will find a supermarket with everything you need. There is also a staircase directly next to the house, but from there it is about 10 minutes to the main road and the ascent back is relatively strenuous.

Probably the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed at for a very reasonable price! The balcony and terrace are stunning, such a magnificent view all over town. Everything was very reachable as well, it only takes 10 min to get to the city center. Plus there are a plenty of furry sweet buddy’s which join you along your way down the staircases (good training btw!) 10/10 really recommend! Ivan is also just a very helpful person and his parents are wonderful. It’s very rare nowadays to get a personal and warm welcome on this platform without a key box!

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

We enjoyed it with the children in nature and in the cottages that completely fit into it. Mr. Juraj ,Daniel and Alexandra we felt as accommodating as we were at home. Gulin and the surrounding area have something to offer both in the summer and in the winter. The Sabljaci , the museum and the house of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić, the surrounding nature ,Rastoke....

If you are looking for a secluded place, surrounded by untouched nature where you are woken up in the morning by the singing of birds, then this is the right place for you. Everything worth seeing is nearby. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life...

We were simply thrilled with Zrynka's vacation home. It offers more than enough space for a family of 4 like us, is equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay; the view from the bedroom is indescribable, the location wonderfully quiet, with the sound of the waterfall in the background. The Mreznica is an incredibly natural and unspoiled river that you can explore and marvel at for days with 2 canoes (which are very valuable!). We were there for 5 days - but we recommend that anyone who likes to swim, fish, hike and discover nature stay longer - you haven't seen everything in the time, without having to drive away! A special thank you to Zrynka and her husband! They are very hospitable and warm people. We were greeted with a drink and very delicious homemade pastries and felt welcome right away.
