This house is situated outside the city center, away from the noise and daily bustle of everyday life. The house has a vast garden and is surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue. The house has a kitchen electric stove & oven, dishwasher a freezer & fridge, dining space, living room and bathroom on the ground floor (50 m2). Please note that we charge 10 eur per day for your pet. Situated 300m from the beach in a quite area, just 15 min drive to the center of Pula. Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect holiday, for anyone looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle of tourist centers. The house is in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km restaurant and 1.5 km shop.

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.
