Une partie de la bâtisse est aménagée en un gite spacieux et frais de 110m² pour 6/7 personnes. Au rez de chaussée vous avez le salon, la salle à manger/cuisine. A l'étage, les trois chambres et une mezzanine, la salle de bain, WC. Le moulin est à 600m de Banne. A cinq minutes en voiture vous avez plusieurs magasins.
