Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bansong-dong

Me and my friend had seperate booking for our stay but ended up having the entire place for ourselves. My room had electric heater and was very useful during the night. The dining room also had big mirror which was great for outfit check before heading out. the house had everything we needed and beyond. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes nearby, and seven-eleven was just across the street so it was convenient. The location was was pretty close from the station. the only tiny cons was the uphill steep road going to the airbnb, and dark hall outside the airbnb door. But it didn’t change anything. Would still highly recommend the place. And definitely will stay again for my next trip. Thank you!

This was the nicest place I've stayed. In particular, the bathroom was quite spacious, the room was clean, and the surrounding noise and soundproofing were very good. It was also useful to have other necessary items. I'd like to stay again if I get the chance

The view of the accommodation is really nice, and the open view from the terrace was so refreshing. The promenade was so well done and there were so many trees that it was shaded, so I was able to jog without too much difficulty. When I came back to the accommodation in the evening and had a barbecue, the owner said that the kimchi, spicy kimchi, samjang, and gochujang were all made by him, and they were really delicious. It had a charm that was incomparable to the taste of large companies sold in marts, and you also gave me a traditional liquor that you made yourself, and I was surprised that it had a good scent and a deep taste. I heard that you've participated in a cooking competition, so I just trusted what you gave me and ate it deliciously~ And the breakfast you made in the morning was really a mess They explained the menu well and prepared it with care, and each and every one of them was delicious, so I was able to eat well from the morning and finish my trip in a good mood. However, the road up to the accommodation is a bit steep and there are stairs, so it can be a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage or in the hot summer. Also, there was no space to park near the accommodation, so I had to use a paid parking lot. But even with all these shortcomings, I was so satisfied that I wanted to go again, and I had a good time. It was a much prettier and emotional accommodation than the photos! I felt the owner's sense everywhere, and the interior and every single accessory were carefully decorated, so I felt really good throughout my stay. The bedding was soft and clean, and the view from the large window was so nice that just sitting by the window was healing. :) I especially like big window accommodations, and I really liked it. In particular, the living room was full of sunshine and had a warm atmosphere, so it was nice to take a lot of photos with friends, drink wine comfortably, and chat. The necessary basic items were well equipped, and the communication with the owner was friendly and quick, so I was more relieved and comfortable! It was a great place to rest quietly in the city center. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!

A great little room in a quiet building. Literally 2 minutes from the train station so getting around was super easy. Highly recommend if you need somewhere for a few nights

The room was very spacious and comfortable. In addition to the bed and desk, a fairly spacious space is provided, making it pleasant. You can use the toilet and bathroom alone, and it is very clean. You will have free access to the kitchen and refrigerator dining table, and there is always a snack street on the dining table for your guests. Check the breakfast time in advance and prepare it so that you can eat on time. While I was there, he treated me to a Korean meal. They say you can park comfortably, and if you go with the host, you'll also have access to a nearby gym and sauna. You said the facility was very good, but I didn't use it. I was using Airbnb for the first time, so I only booked for 3 days, but I was satisfied, so I decided to stay at this accommodation for the remaining 5 days and extended my schedule.

Here is very comfortable place. There are happy family. So I can stay happily also. I recommend this place.

I stayed for about a week in a hurry. We had a very comfortable stay with no shortage of anything! The host was really kind and most importantly, it was nice that he took great care of it so that it wasn't uncomfortable. There's no problem with parking, and if you want to stay nearby, I definitely recommend it ~ ~👍👍

I stayed here for 3 days, the Eco Stay felt as comfortable as home. The room, living room, and bathroom were all kept clean and bright. Although there was no TV, there was a lovely cat named "Sarang." He is so adorable. The living room is spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up for those sensitive to light—the room curtains do let some light in, but wearing an eye mask wasn't a big deal for me. Although the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions (there's actually Seoul Land nearby), as a traveller, I would say that if you want to relax and experience local culture, this is definitely a great choice! Not to mention, the host is incredibly friendly,engaging and stunning. She also helped with breakfast every day, which was a special and delicious Korean breakfast. I have no words to describe how amazing this accommodation is! It was my first time renting a shared room so I didn't know what to expect but omg was it good! Jungjin and his wife are amazing hosts, very friendly and hospitable. His wife was making me breakfast every morning with a salad, fruits, eggs, croissant or bread and everything. She was also doing the laundry for me. They have a pretty spacious room, the bed is super comfy and the TV is the perfect size to watch k-dramas! They also have a big bathroom that they don't use when they have a guest. The area is very convenient to go to Seoul (it takes about an hour) and there's a bus stop right in front of the complex. Songnae station is about 10 min on foot. I'm so thankful for everything and if I visit Korea again on my own I definitely want to stay with them again! Thank you guys for making my stay so wonderful! You have a place in my heart<3

The accommodation is conveniently located near the Seoul University subway station and is also not far from Seoul University, making it very easy to walk there. There are many cafes nearby that stay open until late at night, perfect for studying. I highly recommend this place to students attending SNU. And most importantly, 이모and 삼춘 are very friendly, kind and gentle, always willing to help with any issues. Additionally, the breakfast, which has been recommended by many guests, is diverse and delicious—truly deserving of its reputation!

The accommodation was very spacious and nice. The furniture and artworks were arranged sensually, so it was a pleasant experience for the eyes ^^ I was able to greet a pleasant morning thanks to the view of the forest beyond the wide window.
