Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

You and your family will have everything close by in this central space. Next to the main square (13th century) and a 7-minute walk to the beautiful lake. It has 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and another with two twin beds), 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room with a sofa and TV, a kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and toaster), a lobby and a patio. The accommodation has heating, a/c, fiber optic, table and chairs for the patio, barbecue and 6 bicycles.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also coincide, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Loft in a rural setting with spectacular views

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

Can Campolier

Can Campolier is an original Catalan Masia built in 1800's and part of the larger Campolier estate and villa which dates back to 1673. The home was fully modernised and renovated in 2018. The style of the home is typical of and unique to this area and combines old with new, which provides for modern comforts while at the same time maintaining the historical Catalan roots. The estate, which is steeped in history, is situated 1.5km from the town & lake Banyoles.

This house was our home for a few years and we hope that for you it will also be a place you'll like to remember, that you'll feel at home and enjoy it. It is an ideal house for family vacations and relaxation, also as a workplace for digital nomads or content creators, for athletes due to its location in a quiet and noise-free place, 3 minutes by car from the city and the lake, natural environments where you can play sports, walk and take beautiful photos.
