Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Baošići

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

We were travelling through the area and wanted a seaside place to relax in between larger cities, and Maja’s place was perfect for that! Nice property and apartment, was very relaxing. Her mom met us and was very nice, and they have a very friendly dog that hangs out on the property which we loved to pet and hang out with. We loved the proximity to the sea and swam every day, and chatted with her neighbours who were also very friendly! The only thing I wish we knew was the beach/swim platform was shared with all the apartments that are rented, which was fine pretty much every day except the last day we couldn’t get a spot, but we still swam and not a big deal at all. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

The unit was very well appointed, it had everything we needed for a month long stay. We enjoy cooking our own meals and everything was there to accommodate us. There was a washing machine in the unit that was a real asset for long stays. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials such as toiletry items, paper towel, spices for cooking and cooking oil. Damir was quick to respond to any questions we posed to him and his parents even dropped off a wonderful desert….how much better can one get than that.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

Nicola was a very friendly and responsive host. She helped us find parking for our car and even moved her own car so that we could park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
