One king size bed in master bedroom, two single beds in sleeping room and a pull out sofa in living room. Wooden floors in bedrooms and living room. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). High acoustic and thermal insulation, air conditioning. Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, nice sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. This authentic apartment in a 19th century building, has both an aura of ancient Herceg Novi and modern amenities. It is very quiet, despite being situated in the heart of the town. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Cozy, close to the beach

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is tucked in a few minutes above the beaches and about 10 10-minute walk from the historical part of the town. I don't think you would need to use a public bus while in Herceg Novi, but the stop is in front of the building. We live in the town, so we are here for any recommendations you might need.
