I was forced to extend my stay and I booked this exceptional accommodation.Cindy was very responsive for validation and she did not hesitate to give me all the useful advice about the city of Chaumont and finally the terrace is a plus not to be missed.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the best area of the city, close to many cafes, restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable and well equipped, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very quiet. Although there were quite a few steps to get to the apartment on the third level, it was well worth the effort, particularly as one of the most attractive features is a large terrace with an interesting view over the roofs of adjoining properties, and which was ideal in the warm weather we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful apartment.

Very cute apartment, beautiful decoration, in the old town, very clean and well equipped, quiet, top bedding. Perfect and small pasta restaurant in front, very convenient. All accessible on foot. Free parking less than 10 meters on foot.

Arnaud, the owner, was very responsive, very understanding and has a lot of good manners. His apartment is very comfortable, very spacious, consistent with the photos and description. The bedding is of excellent quality. We are in the heart of the Champagne cork, with the advantages of a city center (restaurants, shops, all on foot) and the disadvantages (street noise). We had a great relaxing stay at Sebastien's. Very well located, between the city center and the factory stores, enough to satisfy everyone.

Easy access! Quick response from the host to questions. Having stayed in three love rooms, this one was the cleanest, nothing to complain about. The materials, the jacuzzi, the double shower and the sauna are all of quality. The only "downside" that didn't bother us at all was the small table for eating (it was perfect for us but it's worth knowing) and the bar next door where you can watch the French team's match, the sound passed slightly, but it's not a place to go to bed at 9pm😂. 5/5

Great time spent as a couple to disconnect in this accommodation that seduced us. Malika and Kamal were great in every way (especially don't change). Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the decor, the storage, the calm, the towels, the bathrobes and especially the toilets with the small integrated jet, excellent in short😂, to say that everything was great.
