The apartment was clean and shiny. Looked like the pictures. It was easy to communicate with Chiara, and she was helpful and nice. Recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures, and included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It's located at a quiet area, a short walk from the Comasina metro station, giving you easy access to the city center and the Milano Centrale train/metro station. Giovanni was a wonderful host, he was very kind and always responsive, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was as pleasant as it could be. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend Giovanni and his apartment to everyone!

Great place to stay! I was visiting Milan for a business trip and Lorenza’s place was in close proximity to where I needed to be. Any questions I had were answered. Lovely little place. Clean and a decent price. Thanks for a great stay!

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well furnished, and very well equipped for cooking. Even when it is very hot (30 degrees), it remains cool, without turning on the air conditioning. We enjoyed the terrace. We thank Daniela for taking so much care of her apartment, which made our stay very pleasant!

Beautiful apartment in a super quiet area of Milan, ideal for resting away from the noise of the center. Everything is impeccable: modern, tastefully decorated, clean and with a charming balcony. Very close to a mall. The host was very attentive and made sure we didn't miss anything. Highly recommended!

When we arrived, we were able to check in earlier than advised as we had travelled with no sleep, which was very kind of Agnese. Also, she was so proactive in her responses, always happy to help and was a a great host. We all appreciated her willingness and attitude towards us as guests.

Arianna was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was spotless it’s felt like home from home. Yes there is a building work going on and you can view that from the balcony but dont let that put you off inside the apartment you can not hear it and they stop around 5pm and the Milan skyline view is bar far the best time of day. Easy instructions and so helpful when we asked questions, would love to stay again when we come back to Milan. The apartment was safe for toddlers and the entire complex was fantastic for toddlers and secure.

Great place for me since I knew the little town. I love that it was private and quiet and mostly I could walk to the coffee shop and gelateria etc. Gloria is extremely fast in replying to messages and accommodating requests. Place was clean and it felt like being at home. It was in an old courtyard on the second floor (no elevator) but it was perfect for us! Thank you Gloria. See you next time.

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

The flat was gorgeous and very comfortable. We figured out the transport into the centre of Milan quickly, and found it to be fairly easy (729 bus to the M3 metro line). Everything was very clean and as shown in the photos provided.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

We had a great stay at Marco’s home. The hosts were so kind in allowing us to check in early after a long flight. We had everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the home. There was easy access to public transportation and the home is close to must see spots in Milan. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and communicated promptly. They were very accommodating! We would definitely return.

Everything is brand new in the apartment. Martha was very helpful in explainjng everythjng upon check-in. The location is amazing, 5 mins walking distance from the Duomo.

Anyone travelling to Milan don’t stay anywhere else. This apartment was amazing for me and my mates we had a great time. Cleaner was round everyday to keep it spotless, location is in walking distance of everything, and the hosts were amazing!

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
