Beach condo holiday rentals in Barbados

We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect if you don’t mind 10-20 min walks there is so much to do between oistins and the st Lawrence gap! Also very close to the bus stops. The owners on site are very pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Zinnia was great. Spent alot of time at Paynes beach which we loved. Katrina’s condo matches description and most affordable. Lovely little pool and sitting area. Bikini beach had good food , nice little beach and really nice vibe.

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

The location is perfect, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. This is a truly well-thought-out Airbnb, and I have absolutely no regrets choosing it. We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Maxwell Beach Villas! Yonette was an excellent host- always prompt in answering our questions. We were welcomed with rum punch and fresh rum cake! The pictures accurately describe the layout of condo and it was extremely clean and neat upon arrival . The view of the ocean and pool really blew us away, we never got tired of sitting on the terrace and enjoying the ocean view. It is important, though, to mention that the beach directly in front of the property is much smaller than shown in the pictures. I do wish the photos were more accurate to the current state of the beach. There is a large amount of seaweed there as well. For this reason we didn’t use the beach directly on the property but luckily it’s a short drive to many gorgeous beaches which we enjoyed throughout the week. The condo is also situated near many restaurants and stores. Our children loved the pool on the property and swam every day. Overall this was a very relaxing vacation!

Great place to stay, would love to come back! We come to Barbados once a year to visit family. This is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The location is amazing. And is the perfect distance to the boardwalk. The pool is great. The Ac was great, and the staff were always responsive and polite. Located within walking distance of a lot of things to do on the south side. Can get a bit noisy from the location but only for a few hours and we slept just fine every time. (And our 6 month old)

Stunning apartment, with ocean views from every room. Amazing layout for 2 couples, with basically 2 suites. Unbeatable st Lawrence gap location and lovely host. Plus a little pool, just as cool as you didn't know you needed! Many thanks for have us. It was wonderful, a dream vacation.

My stay was great. Absolute ideal location whether you have a car or not because there is enough going on locally at Oistins. Every Mon, Wed & Fri, morning (6am-9am) free aerobics, aquafit & “core body” work on the beach with Philip. You can join in at anytime, Lots of fun, meet a lot of new people, it’s for anyone. Also, the usual “Fish Fry, Friday’s”. Good local food & music. There are a few other small cafe bars at Oistins as well. Terry was a great host, excellent customer service from him. He would deal with any requests/issues with immediate response and friendly manner, nothing was too much. Thank you Terry, much appreciated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

The stay at Denise's place was really great. Denise is a fantastic host and the apartment (we had one on the first floor) is super spacious, bright and has everything you need. The terrace is wonderful (you also have a rooftop terrace) and it has a nice small pool to refresh. Surfing spot Freights as well as super beautiful Miami beach and top restaurant Cafe Luna is in walking distance. Nevertheless it's good to have a car to go to Oistins town (supermarket, fish market, ....) and of course the surrounding nice beaches and locations. We will come again for sure.

I have stayed at this apartment for two weeks and we have felt relaxed all time during honeymoon with my wife here in Barbados. At first it seemed like a random place which is close to the beach, but it turned out to be one of the nicest neighborhoods in that area regarding hospitality and cleanliness. There is a local market going towards the beach and some nice people who want to sell you food and drinks throughout the day. Going to other side, don't forget to say hello to Curt and Ricky, very warm people and also try out Curt's kitchen ;) We recommend this place if you do not want fancy hotel but still feel like you are on vacation. We had an incredible stay! Beautiful place, better than the photos! Great pool for kids, awesome beach bar next door. Close to restaurants and the gap! Beautiful location and super clean. It had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

My group had such a great stay here at our first time in Barbados. The condo was spacious, clean and had nice touches like a coffee maker, laundry, smart tv, and rainfall showers. The beach access was great, and the infinity pool on the roof was lovely. The staff in the building overall were nice and helpful. The listing pictures match the condo, and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the views from the patio where we spent the morning drinking coffee and having breakfast. Location was close to good restaurants and the unit had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 5. The pool was a good size and perfect to take a late afternoon swim after an exploring the island (and was in the shade for the late afternoon). The location felt very secure with gated access to/from the beach, the street, and interior doors that were locked late in the evening to access the elevators. Parking spot is very narrow and was a bit tricky to navigate, but we made it work.

Our stay at Sapphire Beach ondo 305 was wonderful. The best part was sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful view! The condo was sufficient for three couples. The only complaint would be to hve more kitchen items, plates, cups, pitchers,etc. We enjoyed the location which was in walking distance to many restaurants. Cyrus is an EXCELLENT host! The home looks way better in person and it is clean and well organized. It is centrally located. As such, the convenience store, restaurants, bars, the beach etc are a short walking distance. Private taxis are readily available and all the locals are very friendly with giving directions if you do decide to go for a walk to explore. I will definitely be staying in his home again when I return to Barbados next year. Thank you so much Cyrus!

We had never visited Barbados before and we were not sure what to expect. I reached out to our host and asked for help getting from the airport to our Condo. We were a party of seven and he arranged transportation for us. There were 2 vehicles waiting for us when we exited the Airport doors. We had numerous bags that we had brought with us. The ride was reasonable, comfortable and air conditioned. Peter met us when we arrived at the Condo and answered all our questions about the home and the area. The Condo accommodated the seven of us well. The large balcony over looking the beach and the pools is amazing. We enjoyed the near by restaurant's, many to select from, in walking distance. The beach worked well for us. We rented lounge chairs on the beach every day near the beach bar. They serve low cost but great cocktails with or without alcohol. I always rent a car on vacation but this time a didn't. I never missed it. I highly recommend Peter Karl and his Condo! Pat Estep
