It's perfect for family vacations, as it offers complete privacy with a spacious private garden with a swimming pool. Centrally located in the Barban area, it's the perfect base for discovering all that Istria has to offer. The town of Barban is just a 5-minute drive away, while the nearest beaches (Uvala Luka, Duga Uvala...) within 20 minutes by car.

In Poljaki in der Nähe von Barban befindet sich die ruhige Villa Casa Oleander - ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf 2 Etagen. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
