Holiday houses in Barbat

Ivan welcomed us personally and offered us his help for everything. We spent 2 weeks with 2 children in the apartment and felt super comfortable. Everything you need is there, we didn't have to get any extras for the apartment this time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. The dishwasher is simply worth its weight in gold and gave us valuable time 😉😁 One of the many small beach bays is in approx. 3 minutes' walking distance. It is rather quiet there and not at all overcrowded. It is great that there is a taxi boat nearby for €3 per person from the promenade to the city of Rab, even until night... The sandy beach in Lopar is about 20 minutes away. Shops are also relatively close, but more accessible by car or bike. It's a bit far on foot. Our conclusion: A sparkling clean apartment, a very nice and friendly host! Thanks for this great vacation on the island of Rab!

A very nice week! We had a incredibly hot time on Rab and were grateful for blinds, air conditioning and the small but fine and well-kept pool. The apartment has everything you need, is spacious and nicely divided. The mats are divine! The balcony is lovely. A view, like from a tower, to the sea, the starry sky and to the beautiful old town of Rab. We did not use the swimming spots nearby, always drove to the beaches in Kampor, Lopar and Suha Punta. Nice restaurants and a good supermarket within walking distance/close by. The surrounding area is very quiet, olive groves and fig trees. Ideal for a relaxing break with the whole family!

The apartment was great. Nice neighborhood, quiet area, large balcony overlooking the sea was fine for breakfast and evening gatherings. Well accessible with parking right next to the apartment. There is also a shop a short walk from the apartment which was nice. If we ever go to Rab Island again, we would love to stay here again.

We (family of 4) had a great time at apartment Stella. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Vesna and her husband were very friendly and easy to approach. The apartment was a perfect hub to explore the island of Rab. The sea was just 2 minute walk away. The water taxi to old city of Rab stops very close. The path along the sea is a great place for nightly strolls along side the sea and enjoy a drink or a bite. Thanks Vesna for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at Tea´s apartment. Everything was fine and smooth, Tea was very kind and helpful, always smiling. The apartment was OK, furniture is older, but everything was clean and functional. Kitchen was well equipped, we only missed the oven. A great advantage is that each room has its own bathroom. The location was good, it was very close to the beach and restaurants, it was quiet, we only heard some noise from the road. But it was not very busy. The only problem for us was the mosquitoes. There were a lot of them and there were no mosquito nets in the apartment. We don´t use plug-in repellents due to allergies, so it was quite an unpleasant complication for us. They somehow kept getting inside, even though we only opened the windows in the morning for ventilation. If you have no problem using plug-in repellents, you're safe :-).

We stayed from Nereo in 3 children and 4 adults. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the terrace for breakfasts and dinners (with a view towards sunset) and in the garden or children had fun playing. We have often reached the beaches by car, which can be parked comfortably a few meters from the house. Nereo's parents welcomed us as if we were family. They delighted us with homemade sweets and gave us many tips on the island, beaches and public transport. It was a beautiful vacation for us and we have a sweet memory of Mira and Joska. We really hope to come back! I highly recommend this host to those who want to visit Rab, even with children!
