Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is ideally located at the entrance to the island of Noirmoutier, close to the Passage du Gois, 400 meters from the forest leading to the dune, then to the beach over a total of 900 meters. The neighborhood is quiet. Walks in the forest, bike rides, beach, shore fishing, visits to the tourist sites of Noirmoutier (markets, ports, castle, nature reserve of the polder of Sebastopol), will be activities not to be missed.

Beautiful duplex in the heart of Barbâtre close to everything.

Duplex apartment on the 1st and last floor with a large terrace of 12m2 , a living room with fully equipped kitchen, microwave plate large fridge freezer toaster TV wifi sofa washing machine and toilet . Upstairs a large bedroom divided into 2 on one side 1 large bed and on the other 2 bunk beds and bathroom. This peaceful home lovingly decorated to be at home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has a nice exterior for family bbq's. A bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with everything you need, a wheeled cart to go shopping on foot or to go to the market at the end of the street. 900m from the sea, it is possible to walk there.
