Vous vous déplacerez à pied (ou en vélo mis à votre disposition) pour rejoindre la plage de "Port Meleu" (6 minutes à pied), les commerces (boulangeries, supérette, le mythique "Grand Bazar" et ses bonbons à l'unité), les restaurants, la bibliothèque, le cinéma, le club de tennis...

House in the heart of the village of L'Épine, less than a 5-minute walk from shops and services (bakery, restaurants, butcher, deli, caterer, supermarket, tobacco, press, bars, pharmacy, library). Ocean Beach (700 m away).

Very bright house of 115 m² located in Barbâtre on the island of Noirmoutier, comprising a living space of 35 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy its enclosed garden, with terrace. The beach is 900 m away, shops are 15 minutes away by bike and 5 minutes away by car. Beautiful bike rides or walks are possible from the house to admire the ocean.

L'Annexe - Non accessible PMR Maison de vacances sur l'île de Noirmoutier au calme d’une impasse et entourée d’un jardin clos de 700 m2.
