Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barbâtre

We were on weekdays and out of season (or early in a small season - in May, what) so maybe our feedback will no longer be true in high season, but, despite the presence of a street/road right next door, the accommodation was very quiet and peaceful. Without being very spacious, it was comfortable and enough for two. The terrace is also comfortable, not overlooked. Access to the beach is via a road through the dune. There are plenty of walks to do nearby and for the rest ... we are on the island of Noirmoutier! If we return to the island for several days, we could rent this place again.

The house is nice with everything you need for a good stay. Close to beach and bike paths. The neighborhood is quiet and shops are within walking distance.

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is decorated with great refinement and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, not far from the beach and the heart of the Vieil city, while remaining quiet and peaceful. The outdoor space is a real plus to enjoy the beautiful weather. The apartment is cozy, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also free to use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito screens on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

Great stay in an apartment in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the port! The best part is being able to store your bikes and helmets in a small, sheltered room.

For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

It is a beautiful studio, very well located, well equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants around and a pedestrian street with plenty of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors on this street. Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the supply by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
