Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, accessible via a private road. The garden is for exclusive use of the accommodation. Free garage on the side of the house, exclusive use of the accommodation. Bed with sidewalks suitable for up to 2 years with mattress and linens, bed and bath, free use. IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

On the balcony with 180 G view you get a fascinating energetic feeling. If you want to walk to the sweet little town with a beach, it only takes 5 to 7 minutes. However, you walk on a short section of the main road, which has no sidewalk.
