Matteo and team were very responsive during the entire stay. Electronic access was really convenient! The apartment is spacious with a gorgeous view overlooking the river, it is also centrally located close to everything. definitely one of the best accommodations in the city!

Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super friendly and attentive. We really felt at home. We would return a million times, for sure!!!

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortably fit 4 adults. The kitchen came in handy and was fully operational. The area also felt very safe and family oriented, the co-op grocery store id across the street which we loved! It took longer than expected to get to Florence though which was a bit of a bummer for us since we were there during a heat wave (38 degrees celcius). The train to/from florence is close by and direct but often very very busy. It took us around 45 minutes from leaving the apartment to get to the main train area in Florence. Since it was so hot we would have liked to take breaks throughout the day within Florence, but nothing the hosts can control - just something to note if you will be there during hot months. Thank you!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Fatima was a fantastic host! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how proactive and responsive she was with communication—always quick to reply and very helpful with any questions. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. 5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Silvia and Roberto are lovely hosts. We were able to come to Silvia with any issue. We got a lot of tips in advance, of which we tried one or the other. The apartment is quiet and invites you to relax by the pool. We will be back pretty much for sure, just the three of us next time!

It was a perfect place! The surrounding natural scenery was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable. There was also a private garden, so I enjoyed breakfast there. Breakfast service is not provided, but bread, biscuits, jam, milk, and water are provided as a basic service. There were all the tableware and seasonings such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so it was convenient to cook. Two of us stayed, but it was easy to wash because there were two bathrooms. It was nice to be able to use the washing machine without restrictions. It was also close to major cities such as San Gimignano and Siena, making it a perfect location for walking around. If I go back to Tuscany, it's a place I want to visit again.

What an incredible location!!! Monticchiello is the most quaint and picturesque town nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Walking up to the accommodations feels like a fairy tale - the view of the Val D’Orcia and the medieval tower you walk into, but you are then transported into the most relaxing little apartment. The amenities are wonderful - the attention to detail was not lost on us. We stayed here right after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Also, Deb’s Lounge was such a nice place to get breakfast (included!) and we enjoyed some fresh pici pasta for dinner our first night. Would 100% come back!!

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
