Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. Bienvenue à Réole, une charentaise du XVIIIe siècle entièrement rénovée, au cœur d’un parc arboré de 7 hectares, entourée de vignes, de bois et d’espaces naturels préservés. Le gîte familial indépendant (70 m2) et totalement équipé est composé de 2 chambres doubles, d'une salle de bain et d'une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie. Vous profitez des espaces extérieurs qui vous sont mis à disposition : parc arboré, étang et l'espace piscine à l'orée du bois.

Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.
