(8-20 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust
