The apartment, located on the tenth and top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Bari, is completely independent and offers a breathtaking view of the old city and the sea. The Observatory, consisting of a large room with kitchenette and bathroom, overlooks a large private terrace.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
