Villa holiday rentals in Bari

Absolutely stunning place, even better than the photos. The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. The main event was the outside space - huge swimming pool with tiered steps leading in, perfect for our 3 year old. Large enough to do a proper swim. Lovely decked area where we would sit and drink our tea in the morning, large table and chairs where we would eat dinner. Massive garden and everything looked beautiful, we loved the purple flower wall where we would watch the bees and butterflies (and spotted some hummingbird moths which were pretty cool). Stefano was the perfect host, staying in touch when our flight was late and providing lots of info about the area. He was always at the end of a message if we needed something. He saved us on the night we arrived as he had kindly left a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat. Lots of places within easy driving distance - we loved Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello.

Three adults visiting in June - we had a fantastic stay and would recommend! Plenty of public right outside the front door, and well located near the many beaches between Bari and Monopoli. The house is peaceful, comfortable and spacious.

Villa Calaverde is a beautiful house in a small gated collection of four properties with a private track that leads to an amazing, small sandy public beach surrounded by spectacular rocks. We were met by Sara's father Pierre who showed us round the house, the gardens (of which there are plenty) and even down to the beach despite it being past 10pm when we arrived. We can safely say this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Spacious, well equipped and it definitely felt like home for the nine nights we were there. Going for an early morning (7am) dip in the sea when it was beautifully still and quiet was just something else. Monopoli was 15 minutes drive where there are many restaurants etc to enjoy and other towns and sights are easily accessible. Sara's communication was brilliant throughout, thank you for your hospitality.

Very comfortable house well located for exploring Puglia! Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, parking was free and close by.

We really loved our stay, the outside space is incredible. Pool area is amazing and the views from everywhere overlooking the landscapes and sea is 10/10. Some small areas of improvement required which has been shared with the host.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul‘s house. The property is really spacious and is in reality even larger than it feels on the pictures. There is also quite a impressive view over the countryside and actually a lot more seaview than we expected. We were two families with 4-year old children and we had ample space together in the house and each family could enjoy a lot of private space as well. The kids loved to explore the garden and the pool. Paul was super proactive and helpful before our arrival and throughout the whole stay. We chose this place due to its heated pool and Paul even kept us up to date on the pool temperature multiple times before our arrival. Also, there is Domenico, the local helper, living in the neighboring town. He came to great us and was available on request if any help was required with the facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Our stay in this apartment was very pleasant. The place is clean, tastefully furnished, and the beautiful garden is a real bonus — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is great, just a short walk from the center of Polignano a Mare, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The only downside is the proximity to a busy street, which can be a bit noisy during the day. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend bringing earplugs.

l would like to thank Ippazio for a fantastic stay in his home we have no complaints as we felt very much at home for the two weeks we were there.The train station was 10 minutes walk so no problem getting to bari city and other tourist destinations lots of restaurants near by and beach only three minutes away again a big thank you to our host for looking after us so well booking our. taxi and letting stay in the apartment until we were leaving and to the people of bari who were so kind to us would recommend a stay in bari and I will be back in the future Thank you for a lovely holiday experience Ken & Mary

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Such a lovely home with a nice garden, plus grapes you can literally pick off the vine and eat. Eight of us fit comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We were only 10-30 min away from a lot of the surrounding towns (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare) which made it easy to take quick day trips using our rental cars. Kirstin and Mira were very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again!

A wonderful stay! We loved the outdoor kitchen and had some fantastic meals out by the pool. When we didn’t feel like cooking, the food from the nearby La Siesta restaurant was delicious. The stay is made all the more enjoyable by Filippo’s clear and proactive communication, as well as Maria Pia’s detailed check in tour. We travelled as a group of 5, along with our 10 month old daughter (a crib was provided). Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to be back!

Rossella our guest angel was brilliant before we even arrived. She helped me plan our vacation with helpful suggestions and guidance. She also organised some balloons for my daughter’s 5th birthday which was so thoughtful. And our plane was delayed but she still let us at the trullo to provide helpful advice about the property (and had organised some breakfast stuff because of our late arrival). During the holiday she was always available to answer questions and sort out our trivial issues promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Rossella. The property is delightful; peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves and the pool was brilliant for our return in the afternoon. Location wise it is fantastic; short distance to Monopoli, Alberobello etc (and supermarkets!) with longer drive to Cisternino/Locorotondo and fabulous Matera. We also spent a morning at Faslandia, which was fun for kids (although not a huge fan of safari parks). BBQs in the warm evenings absolutely perfect!

There are no surprises here. It is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, peaceful, gorgeous pool, comfortable, safe. Would definitely rent again. We loved every minute!

We lived our stay. Great surroundings and tons of thinks to do.

We were 3 friends that stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The home is very clean and charming with beautiful surroundings. The hosts greeted us warmly upon arriving with sweet welcome gifts and explanations of the home and have a book of recommendations for the area. The home has an alarm system that was a bit challenging to work at first but eventually got the hang of it which was a nice feature. It is closer to Cisternino than Ostuni and you’ll definitely need a car as it is more remote from the towns. We had a couple challenges, but they were very quick to respond and come over within 10min to address anything we needed help with which was amazing (even very late at night). Overall, a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay with really lovely and helpful hosts.

The day of arrival whe had some delay with the flight and the rental car, but the communication went smooth and they were flexible with our time of arrival at the place. They took their time to show everything and explain how the lights worked on the different places. The days we spent here were just some of the best on our holiday. Some days were warm, the water in the pool was a bit cold, but that didn’t stopped our children from playing in it. So this is place is also child friendly, our kids (2 & 5) had a great time here. This is a big recommendation for people who want some time away from everything busy. I like to call this a little place in paradise.

What a beautiful place! We had such a peaceful time staying here, the unit had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious, clean and cosy, the pool was beautiful. Only a 20 minute drive to Monopoli.

We stayed four nights at Teresa’s place and had a wonderful experience. Teresa welcomed us warmly with some snacks and local treats upon arrival and was always available to help throughout our stay. The villa looks just like the photos—very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially loved the terrace and the pool area, where we could relax after our morning runs. The area around the house has plenty of quiet country roads that are perfect for walking or running. The villa is also within easy driving distance of several charming towns, including Conversano, Polignano a Mare, and Alberobello—well worth visiting during your stay.

We loved Villa Aurelia. It was clean and spacious and the grounds on which the property stands is expansive and lush with olive trees, which our two little dachshunds loved. We felt right at home and stayed for nearly a month. Sofia was wonderful, kind, and available. The home itself has so much character and we loved the privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the location is the perfect base in which to explore Puglia. We loved it and would come back and stay again. The standout was our lovely hostess Sofia who made sure we were always looked after. We bought some of the olive oil that they make and it is wonderful. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay- it made our 6 weeks in Puglia magnificent.

We had a fantastic stay. The house with the pool is very beautiful. Its quiet with a nice view, a bit outside of the next city. So there are not many houses around. The comunication was perfect, very helpful and fast with a lot of great tips for activities or restaurants. Thanks a lot!

I have no words to say about this beautiful place and the host Maria and her whole family We had the most memorable 3 nights in locorotondo Puglia Maria and her husband took care of all the needs while our stay and arranged everything to celebrate my bday at her beautiful villa She touched my heart so much I felt like I went to one of my family member’s house Had an amazing pizza night that they made in the wood fire grill that they have in the premises I would highly recommend this place for anybody who wants have a wonderful stay ! Thank u and your whole family who looked after me and my family so well !

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sara's beautiful Villa. It was perfect for our family and was exactly as shown in the photographs and in the description. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the pool which we had heated for the week. Facilities in the house were great. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were very useful and enjoyable. Easy access to Ostuni with its many restaurants. The location allowed easy access to all the main routes around Ostuni to enable us to readily explore towns and beaches in Puglia. We would happily go back again in the future.
