Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Before your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage accommodation in a family environment!

The farm's little cottage

A unique and family-friendly accommodation for those who appreciate the countryside. Lillstugan is safely located in the middle of the yard. In the past, it was used as a farmhand's cottage and as the village's communal laundry room. Now it is completely renovated and offers a spacious and fresh accommodation. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed for two. Toilet/shower. The attic is brightly decorated with three skylights and windows on the gables. Note: A sturdy staircase is used outdoors. A stair ladder is available indoors.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Skattegården

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. You stay on our horse farm in the middle of the Småland highlands. The yard have horses, cats and angoragettes that you can visit with our help. Unfortunately, the dog cannot accompany this listing. There are many activities within a 10 mile radius. The possibility of charging your electric car is also here with us. Shower is available in the main building. Sheets and towels are not included but available for rent and final cleaning available for purchase on site.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

House in Forserum

Newly renovated detached house in central Forserum for 1-5 people. Good public transport is available to both Jönköping and Nässjö. In the bedroom on the ground floor, there is a double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed that can be divided and a single bed. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The house is located on the same plot/garden that I and my family live on.
