Our 3rd accommodation: a small wooden house (8 sqm) on wheels on our idyllic organic farm meadow in the particularly beautiful nature park village of Ihlow (Märkische Schweiz Nature Park 50 km from Berlin's center!), separately located, glazed on two sides, beautiful view, toilet & shower 50 m away, courtyard café directly on the farm (from May to October seasonally!)Breakfast & dinner individually also outside of opening hours! The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
