Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Barnim

We had a wonderful time in Nancy's apartment. Everything is exactly as described and seen in the pictures. We found it particularly pleasant that coffee, tea, oil, etc. are available in the apartment. The S-Bahn is a few minutes' walk away and shopping facilities are also within walking distance. I could imagine that it gets quite warm in the apartment at higher temperatures, but since we were dealing with cool temperatures, that's just a guess. I can definitely recommend the apartment👍.

Very good stay in Sascha's apartment! It was a pleasure to enjoy all the services including the terraces, plus in a quiet location, close to the historic center. I recommend it!!

It's a super nice little house with plenty of space on the outside. Excellent for 4 persons. Great and very clean amenities, modern and friendly. We felt right at home. If you want to feel at home while on vacation, you've come to the right place with Peter and his wife. Both were always available and happy to help. From check-in, I felt very comfortable there. The very tastefully furnished apartment is wonderfully located in a green suburb of Berlin and equipped with everything you need in the household. With public transport, which is within walking distance, you can also quickly reach all the sights that Berlin has to offer. I would love to come back and thank you for the wonderful stay.

As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy and elegantly furnished with a lot of taste – you immediately feel comfortable. Especially practical: a private parking space is available, which saved us a lot of stress. We really felt comfortable here and would love to come back. Clear 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our time at the Seminarhof and were able to switch off. Especially sitting by the water and letting your mind wander - simply relaxing. We will definitely be back!

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! Really responsive host, lovely place and vibrant location Check in at 6pm is quite late but was able to check in earlier at 4pm after talking to the host No complaints would highly recommend

We had a great week's vacation in Germany near Berlin while staying in the countryside, very quiet, peaceful, not far from a few villages with shops and restaurants. A very functional, complete, clean, large accommodation with 2 bedrooms, the small landing with armchairs for reading and view of the small water point at the end of the street was greatly appreciated by the family. Hans-Joachim greeted us directly and welcomed us warmly. Super nice hosts. The house is a dream, the pool and jacuzzi just a perfect quiet place to relax. We were on a business trip and at the same time we combined our honeymoon. I can and will recommend it to everyone. The pool and garden are completely opaque from the sides. Simply feel good☺️

Sweet, cozy and pretty cabin in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac square, fire pits, raft, beer garden,...). Nice and very open owners!

The house and garden are fantastic. Everything is very well maintained and stylishly furnished. The host Robert was always available to us and was very friendly. There is a checklist for checkout and cleaning the grill that is easy to follow. There are more than enough seats, glasses, etc. The only weakness: two bedrooms are connecting rooms and the bedroom under the roof is without a door. If that doesn't bother you, you'll find a great place to stay here.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, well located space. Hans communicated clearly and the space was very comfy and the proximity to the Spree and other parts of Berlin was perfect. Would stay again!

A great, spacious apartment in a peaceful suburb. The instructions given by Mark were excellent, and he was very helpful when I had to call him directly about something. The sushi bar around the corner was a real treat too

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

Great accommodation! Generously sized, with two bathrooms. I think the apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! I want to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. <3

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
