Staying with Jacob and Payton was wonderful! These hosts were very proactive and friendly, messaging right after booking up until I left. The space was very clean, cozy, and private. The location was great too, very peaceful and beautiful! I would recommend these hosts to anyone looking to stay in Fairhaven!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

Exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at Priscilla’s place in Barnstable over Memorial Day weekend. We spent three nights there, and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was newly renovated, and the backyard was huge; perfect for our dog, Oxford, who loved every moment of yard playtime. We had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Oxford enjoyed her company too—it was clear he liked her! We’ll definitely stay again.

The house is thoughtfully maintained, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to relax. Even though it rained for most of our trip, we were more than comfortable indoors and still had a great time exploring the area. The location is perfect—tucked between a peaceful lake and a quiet pond, offering a real sense of escape, yet still just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need on the Cape. It’s a great spot for both relaxing and adventuring. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay! Thank you Allison!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

We had a wonderful stay!

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

Great house for a group. We fit 8 and had an awesome time. The back deck and lawn area are very nice and the kitchen/living room area comfortable. Close to Hyannis and beaches. Recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Great Hill Cottage. The entire house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Great amenities.

This residence provided a perfect setting for our four generation family reunion. Especially great was the large fenced in back yard with plenty of things for the little children. Any issue or concern was addressed by Pei immediately by text. Driving or flying in from several states created time issues and Pei was good to allow us to access the house prior to our 4pm entry. Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Kathryn place was just as advertised. Was a lovely unit and easy to explore Chatham in the surrounding areas. Katherine provided clear check in instructions and followed up promptly with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condition, really clean, easy parking, and great location right at the Ocean Edge resort. Rob was an excellent host, super communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

We stayed at Stephanie ‘s place last summer and had a blast. We returned this summer to continue our new Cape Cod tradition. Stephanie was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay. You can’t beat the location with the beach just down the street. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again next year!
