5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern studio of 38 m2 adjoining the main house of the owners with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs, completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300 m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.

This charming 20 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is located in the village of Gertwiller, a few meters from the gingerbread museums (Fortwenger and LIPS), as well as the vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere.
