Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barry County

if I could give our host and the place 10 stars I would! communication was spot on, the place was so clean and beautiful! it was by far the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in. so we'll stocked and we had the use of kayaks, paddleboards... right on the water with a beautiful relaxing view. we were at Hun Lake for a large family reunion and this was perfect for us! thank you Kevin for letting us stay in your beautiful home Holly and Doug Tripp

Despite the short notice, our stay at this place was truly exceptional. The space was not only welcoming but also incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout our visit. Every detail contributed to a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a stay to remember. I would highly recommend this place to others and would gladly return in the future.

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning! Sits right on Gun Lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from front to back. Extremely clean & full of whatever supplies you may need. Very communicative & knowledgeable of the area.

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

This place was perfect for a long weekend away for our out if state family. The Lake was a bit different than the pictures, but the water level is low and no way for the owner to control that. Several neighbors offered our boys the ability to fish from their docks. This was so kind and the kids appreciated it (and caught many fish). We would recommend this place for sure!

This place is gorgeous! Truly relaxing lake house and such a fun place for kids with many boat options, sand & water activities, and wildlife! Especially loved the massive lily pad to jump on! We had a large turtle greet us on their private beach and a baby turtle gave us a nice send off. 😁 The view from inside the house is amazing…both to wake up to and look out on from the living room. It literally feels like you are on the water. Would definitely recommend! Meredith provides a wonderful air b&b experience and is attentive to her guests.

Our stay at the cottage was eventful as we had tornadoes close by on the Thursday night of our weeklong stay. We lost power and I texted with Justin with immediate response. He continued to text me to provide updates and we worked together to make our continued stay as safe and comfortable through the lengthy outage. The cottage was clean, very well maintained and stocked of kitchen tools and household items. We had everything we needed to help prepare food for our nephew’s grad party. We will definitely recommend this to any family staying at Gun Lake. It’s a great cottage. Try Russo’s for dinner when you stay. The food is delicious AND they have gluten free options!

Kara's Cottage was great. The pictures do not begin to show how cute this place is. The attention to detail was wonderful. The unit felt very much like a home away from home. Kara is sweet and warm. Wonderful host!!

This place was amazing! Everything was very well thought out and Diana was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here. The location is great and the living space was well laid out. I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

Second time staying at one of Bills properties. Both properties I have stayed at are in a good location, clean, and right in downtown Lake Odessa. Will book again in the future if I am in the area.

Sarah was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying with a friend instead of an Airbnb. This home is clean and exactly as it is described. I loved the unique decor and the layout. I was very comfortable there and I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed being so close to the city, but still able to enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of a neighborhood. We especially loved the porch! Highly recommend for both a long term or short term stay!

This was a wonderful space to spend a night in Grand Rapids! The apartment was decorated beautifully, everything was clean, and there were plenty of amenities for anyone to stay. It was nice being on the top floor and having lots of sunlight to wake up to! It was also nice having a convenient self check-in as I did not arrive until late. The entire experience was a pleasant one, and I would definitely return next time I’m in town. Thanks again!

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

This was a very nice place, and we sat on the porch each morning and drank coffee and watched a Doe and her fawns in the nearby field. We also saw a pair of sandhill cranes with a chick foraging in the fields. The coffeemaker worked great and was stocked with several kcup choices. It was very quiet and we slept in after a late concert! We highly recommend this place.

This is my 4th stay in the last 6 months in this neighborhood. The condos are clean, well decorated but not cluttered and very modern. I like the area too. Responsive hosts. LiveSuites certainly knows what they are doing! I will continue to stay in this area whenever my travels take me to Grand Rapids area. Thank you and great work!

Our stay was great! There were a couple small cleaning things but nothing major and the host was easy to communicate and quick to response. When there was a maintenance issue non related to our stay, they were very accommodating and compensated for the inconvenience. I appreciated their communication and always having a quick response. The place was nice and tidy, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. All in all it was a nice place!

This place was perfect for a few girls needing a nights stay for a weekend class! I appreciated the messages, easy check-in and check-out process, and the cleanliness of the place with all amenities! Highly recommend, as the area it is in is quiet and homey!
