The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 2nd floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people on approx. 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyllic place. The farm has a very special soul to discover.

Through the garden gate you can directly reach a dirt road for walks along the Soeste and over the dyke. A small seating area outside invites you to linger. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
