Stylish apartment in the old Gulfhof

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde diese Ferienwohnung in einem alten, denkmalgeschützten Gulfhof errichtet. Hier wohnen Sie mitten in der Natur ganz in der Nähe des Ostfriesland Wanderweges. Zur Altstadt nach Leer sind es nur 6km. Auf der Terrasse mit Südausrichtung und Blick auf die Graft und naturbelassenen Weiden kann man den Alltag vergessen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett (1,60m x 2,00m). Im Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch mit einer Breite von 1,40m. Ein Fernseher mit DVD Player ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen,Toaster, Wasserkocher sowie einer Nespresso Maschine. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Fahrräder (28Zoll Herren- und Damenrad) für die Zeit des Aufenthalts nach Absprache kostenlos zur Verfügung. Für eigene E-Bikes besteht eine Abstell/ Lademöglichkeit in einer abschließbaren Scheune.

Auf den vier liebevoll sanierten Etagen (ca. 100qm) mit altem Holzgebälk befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Toilette, Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein separates Bett und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Garten sind sind zwei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten u.a. am Wasser eines Siels. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kinderspielplatz. Gast WLAN vorhanden!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.
