Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Hello, we would like to welcome you to our small port town Barth. A quiet, lovingly renovated apartment awaits you on the upper floor of our house, of course with separate entrance and small balcony for relaxing or breakfast. A private parking space is also included. Our beautiful harbor is 10 to 15 minutes away. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and the location is extremely central for further day trips between Rostock and the island of Rügen...

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 sqm and ideally suited for two persons plus toddler. It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate floor heating. You are not far from the center, which is, however, within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. We look forward to hearing from you.

It's a great place to relax with family or friends. The cottage is very quiet and is still close to the center. The Baltic Sea is a mere 15 minutes away by car or a wonderful bike path. Barth is ideal as a starting point for excursions to the beautiful Darß, to Stralsund, to the island of Rügen, to Rostock, etc. After an eventful day, rest in and at the cottage wait and a cozy evening by the barbecue or fireplace.

Our apartment is a personal matter of the heart, because there is only this one. You are personally our guest! Because if you're not here, our family lives here. Spend a nice vacation on the Baltic Sea as a couple or as a family with max. 4 people. If you stay at this centrally-located place, you'll be close to everything. You will stay directly on the beautiful harbor of Barth with water view from the terrace.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
