Welcome to my villa which is located just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful Lake Maggiore, the beaches and the center of Ispra with its various shops. The 35 m2 apartment is located in the recently renovated villa and has an independent entrance. It offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, has a spacious terrace and is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden cared for with passion where you can relax. From here you can easily reach the various tourist locations.

This is my home, filled with my original artworks. As an artist, I prioritize ecology and recycling. Free parking is available. Located a stone's throw from the lake, exactly 15 minutes, it is in a location that allows you to have everything you need without using the car. You can find: supermarkets, laundry, pharmacy, florist, seamstress, pastry shops, bars, delicatessen, pizzeria and many pleasant places for aperitifs or dinners as well as numerous clothing stores. If you want to take your car, there are just as many wonderful places to visit. The house has an indoor parking space.

An elegant, spacious and bright flat with fantastic views on the Lake Maggiore, the mountains and part of the old town. On the second floor of a quiet three-storey residence, the flat is ideally located, only 240 metres from the main beach, the promenade and the old port as well as 240 metres from the town centre. The flat has a very large living room, a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

In addition to the apartment, guests will also have a park of about 5,000 sqm for exclusive use, consisting of several areas where you can read a book or simply relax. An outdoor dining area with a BBQ is also provided. "La casa Giardino" offers the possibility to spend a classic vacation at the lake or a short weekend out of town surrounded by greenery.
