Self Contained Annex
My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Tranquil detached barn Sherborne St John
A hidden gem set in a wonderful tranquil setting. The farm is surrounded by acres of woodland and farm land. Ideal for weekend breaks and wonderful walks. Facilities inc a full Sky package with movies and sport. A large LCD TV and great sound. 2.7 miles from the M3 jct6. Located near the 16th century estate The Vyne, Highclere Castle, Bombay Sapphire Distillery, the ruins of Old Basing house, to name but a few. Great footpaths and cycle routes. We also have a 7KW EV charger.

Large self-contained detached studio
Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire
This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.
