This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. Our modern Annexe is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and gated parking to the front. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Winchester! I have self contained central accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a lounge with fridge/tea/coffee making facilities and your own private front door accessed from the street at ground level. The accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house, now fully completed. Dating from the 1850’s it still retains a Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light, airy space.

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.
