All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. House Luce is a beautiful Mediterranean stone house completely renovated a couple of years ago with a lot of love and attention. The owner paid attention to every detail and the house exudes tradition, creativity and a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a quiet location but close to everything. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house guests can enjoy on the terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Private parking is 100 m from the house.

The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

House Burić idealan je odabir za one koji putuju u grupama. Na raspolaganju vam je 127m2. Najposebniji dio kuće je pečenjara gdje možete za sebe i svoje najmilije spremiti roštilj i uživati u prekrasnom pogledu na susjedne otoke i Tvrđavu Nehaj. Do prve plaže će vam trebati 5minuta pješke, a do samog centra par minuta više. Obližnji market udaljen je svega 5min pješačenja.
