House holiday rentals in Baška

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Beautiful home decor, beautiful location, great jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. Contact with Marco was very quick and pleasant, a great host. I will remember with laughter the visit of the marten in the apartment, which visited us when we were in the jacuzzi and broke a glass! Wonderful creature! My dog also loved this place :) we will come back!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Mrs. Snjezana's accommodation was really nice and comfortable, clean and in a convenient location to reach the very fine beach of Lopar and the center for the evening, full of shops and attractions for children. The lady is really nice, on our arrival we found in the fridge a bottle of sparkling water, a juice and some very fresh beer, she also delighted us with a nice plate of grapes that is located just outside her veranda. On my baby's birthday she made us find a cake with plates and candles and balloons (she was super), she asked if there was a need to wash the clothes and finally she left us a gift. We recommend it and it is a place we would return to!

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Listing is exactly as described. If you like it a little secluded, this is the place to be. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the small port of Merag - there you can swim wonderfully and are usually alone. The accommodation is small but well equipped and the many seating options on the fantastic terrace are wonderful.

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

We were at Sanja's in Dramalj in early June, a small place, very quiet, hardly any tourists. Beautiful beach and clear water. Sanja was very friendly and the accommodation perfect with small garden, terrace and beautiful balcony and hanging chair. The view of the sea is enchanting and we had a wonderful time. It is about 7 minutes on foot downhill to the beach with a small beach bar and loungers to rent. We will be happy to come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Stephan's apartment for 6 nights (7 days) in early August. The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. It also has, as written in the listing, everything that can be used for longer or shorter stays: pots and pans of all sizes, vacuum cleaner, iron, laundry basket, dishwasher, hairdryer, and so on. Also very convenient is the parking under the house for the car and a note of merit for the parking space reserved in the beach parking lot one kilometer from the house. Stephan and his wife were great hosts, they gave us a great welcome (with a lot of chocolate and a plate of delicious fresh figs) and also offered to add us to them for a lunch of fish (for commitments we had unfortunately had to decline). For a relaxing holiday I highly recommend Stephan's apartment in Jurandov

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

There were five of us with three almost adult children in Patricia's house for a week. It was great that there were two bathrooms and everyone had their own access to the front door via cell phone. The bathrooms and also the kitchen are well equipped, we often cooked ourselves. However, there is no private outdoor area at the house, for example to eat outside. We had a week of extreme heat and it was very hot in the bedrooms at night. The house is super close to the promenade and the beach. This is very nice because you can always spontaneously do something again. As a result, it is sometimes a little louder at night or early in the morning. We greatly appreciated that there were plenty of towels and a washing machine. We would come back anytime.

We liked the house very much and corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (secluded and yet you are quickly in the city center and by the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and high chair were provided for our baby and also a safety gate on the stairs were installed and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We will be back :)

Sanjin's house is quietly located below the coastal road. From there, many destinations are within easy reach. The house is very well and lovingly furnished, from the terrace you have a fantastic view. Communication with Sanjin was quick and easy. We were greeted by many cats, some quite persistent with their demands for food, which was also available. We like cats and were happy about them. We would love to come back any time!

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10
