Charmant studio, situé à proximité immédiate de la place de la Bastille et du métro. Le studio est composé d une pièce à vivre avec un canapé et une table à manger, le lit double est en mezzanine et la cuisine est équipée du nécessaire. Le studio est en rez de chaussée d une cour typiquement parisienne pavée et faite par un architecte. En sortant de la cour vous avez énormément de restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds ainsi que le Marais et sa place des Vosges emblématique à 5 minutes.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Apparemment de 25 m² environ. Très lumineux situé dan la magnifique rue crémieux connue pour ses adorables maisons aux couleurs pastels. L'appartement est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
