A la fois central avec la proximité des bars etrestaurants ainsi que les commerces du Marche d’Aligre, cinémas, l’appartement est au calme absolu, donnant sur une cour verdoyante. Au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

The location is great, 20 mn from the Louvre Museum !
