Holiday rentals with a patio in Bastille, Paris

This truly is the "Best Spot in Paris"! Danielle's flat was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly-situated just off one of the most interesting (and delicious) streets in Paris. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip! Danielle was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

Tom's place was very easy to navigate. It was centrally located and had an elevator. The view from the top floor made it worth it, it was absolutely stunning. There was a tad bit of confusion when it came to picking up the keys. The keys are in a locker INSIDE of the bar Dunquerk, not outside or anything. The staff there were very friendly and answered our questions. 10/10 recommend - we will rebook this place when we return.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the neighborhood feel. It felt like we were living in Paris and not on vacation. So many food shops, small bistros and a few bars. Ezequiel was very responsive to questions, easy to get into the apartment and the apartment felt safe and secure. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay in Pamela's place. The location is amazing, right along the Canal St. Martin, a great place to hang out and close to several convenient metro stops (within close walking distance of République). We enjoyed Pamela's instructional videos and local recommendations, and she was super communicative and friendly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, decorated with lots of cute touches, and had good amenities and everything we needed (and even things we didn't realize we would need, like slippers and umbrellas!). The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a bigger TV for couch lounging, but this didn't detract from the experience. This was a great place to stay for a week or longer, and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely place. Great connections to the rest of Paris. The bars around the corner are lovel. The area has some really good restaurants that are in walking distance and reasonable.

Wir haben als kleine Familie (mit 1-jährigem Kind) ein paar schöne Tage in Lauras Apartment in Alfort bei Paris verbracht. Die Lage war ideal – in nur 6 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug im Zentrum von Paris. Das Apartment war perfekt für uns: sauber, gut ausgestattet (v.a. die Küche) und angenehm minimalistisch eingerichtet – ideal mit einem Kind, das gerade Laufen lernt und gerne Dinge vom Tisch zieht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Danke, Laura!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le logement est très beau et très grand. Nous étions ravi de passer 2 nuits dans ce beau logement. Proche de tout et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et d’un marché. Encore merci pour ce séjour !

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Le logement est très bien placé : rer à proximité, bords de Marne. L’appartement est bien agencé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires : lave linge, sèche linge, ustensiles de cuisine etc Et les hôtes sont charmants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour tout !

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
