We are renting out a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Hof Rabenstein near the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115-person community of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle, barbecuing can be arranged.

This is our Villa Huberta. We rent 2 apartments here - in this listing we want to offer our 110 sqm apartment on the raised ground floor in 2021 completely renovated and furnished. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests with another sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is generously sized and offers all guests space for a cozy gathering.
