Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Batemans Bay

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

My partner & I stayed for a long weekend getaway. The property is so cozy & we loved having the fireplace on, keeping us warm. The whole place is so comfortable & so well thought out. We absolutely loved it & would definitely come back!

We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

This was my first time using AirBNB. So I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. But the hosts were amazing. Seamless process. Location is perfect. Ideally located in a quiet spot on the water away from the noise but just walking to distance to everything. Famous Malua Bay Beach is just 15 min stroll. Best Sunrise views within 2 min walking distance at a look out. Cosey Lilli-Pilli beach within 2-3 min walk. House has a perfect setting for indoor and outdoor sitting.

100%, Highly recommend Kaylyns' house. Kaylyn was a great host, easy and prompt to communicate at all times. The house was so much better than we expected. This house is enormous and amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Clean, free of clutter and warm (we went in winter). Tracey's communication was great, there was PLENTY of crockery, cutlery, glassware & basic kitchenware. Even the little things like having ice in the freezer & teabags in the pantry were catered to. Really liked this house and we'll gladly stay there next time we're in town.

Had the most awesome stay, i couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Goulburn, the surroundings where beautiful, the cottage was warm and cosy and had everything I needed and it was only 6 minute drive to Goulburn TAFE which I had to attended for a workshop, i will be back next workshop, thank you Andrew for the yummy breakfast supplies and supplying all that wood, highly recommended. 😍

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb, and this place is super amazing.The beach view is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The environment is charming and inviting, making it a lovely place to unwind. The backyard is particularly appealing, offering a serene space to enjoy the fresh air,play and do bbq stuffs.Inside, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptionally nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a fantastic getaway, this place is a must-try!

Very clean and the beach is in the back yard! Short drive to Huski or a nice walk along the bike track. Picking up and dropping off of the keys was simple!

Such a cosy stay! The gas heater warms the place up so well and you don’t even know you are living at the back of someone’s house. Bed is really comfortable and the bath is a welcoming addition after a day at the beach. Kathy & Rod were really flexible with check out times and lots of little surprises were left on arrival for us. A lovely place to stay in Kiama.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

We chose Anne's place for the following reasons - a celebration with family and room for each of our adult children and children, the open area and several places to eat outside and if it rained there was plenty of room to continue with our weekend. The home certainly did not disappoint. It was all beautiful - the interiors are stunning and so well set up and the outside is amazing - so many areas to spend time in enjoying the wonderful location If we ever need a beautiful place to spend time with family I would definitely come back here. The kitchen was amazing - equipped with everything you would need to entertain. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Daniel‘s house is an icon of heritage homes of Goulburn. Plenty of room for a large group and is well equipped. The top two bedrooms for those adept at stairs offer views over Goulburn, an ideal parent’s retreat or children’s imagination space. Daniel is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. Love the design and rustic feel, really beautiful place..many thanks to the property caretaker Patrick for his friendly advice and assistance. Branko, St Johns Park

truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! The Villa was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at!!!! It was so peaceful and beautiful! My partner and I had the best time! Federico’s communication and instructions were super clear and easy to follow there was a very helpful compendium of information which made it so easy! The spa was brilliant and the space was absolutely gorgeous! The villa was stocked with delicious treats and fresh eggs and bread for breaky! Was amazing we will definitely be back! 😊

Sally’s place was peaceful and relaxing. The sounds of the birds and view of the lake was lovely. And kids loved seeing the kangaroos every day. Very spacious. It was a little bit warm in the evening but the breeze helped. Sally was lovely to communicate with and helpful.
