It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

This stylish converted outbuilding in Widcombe is in the perfect location for exploring all that beautiful Bath has to offer. All of the city's historical, cultural, sporting attractions and shops are within walking distance. From Widcombe, you can enjoy beautiful walks, either along the canal or by joining the Bath skyline, where you'll soon be in tranquil countryside. After a day exploring, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to unwind in, locally, or a short walk away in town.

The lodge is tucked away at the end of a long garden, away from the main house, fully contained, where guests have private use of the lodge and upper garden. With lots of charm and character it makes the consummate hideaway with its unique, quirky style, a cosy cabin bed for two and additional sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The high ceiling, wooden floor and exposed beams offer a light and airy feel, with French windows opening onto the deck. A perfect base for exploring the heritage city.

Perfect for couples or individuals to explore the beautiful Chew Valley and Mendip Hills and the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. The Beehive is next to our family home with access via our garden. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave.
