Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing air bnb, would 100% recommend. The house is comfortable, stylish and homely, we loved every detail! Freshford was also an amazingly beautiful village. The whole weekend really exceeded expectations.

Matt's place is fantastic. We had a truly wonderful stay at his house and very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Paul was super attentive and welcoming, making sure all our needs were met and offering helpful recommendations. A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it. We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

Charming house which had been beautifully decorated for Xmas. Plenty of space for six adults to stay and relax. Enjoyed meals around the kitchen table. Easy walk into Frome. Friendly host.

We had such a wonderful stay at Moss cottage last weekend. It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. All the appliances were new and easy to use but the cottage had a lot of character. It was easy to get in and out of Bath city centre by car and lovely to have the pub right next door. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and we really couldn’t hear that much noise at all, which was welcome with our little ones. Thank you for such a fabulous stay. We would definitely come back!

Amazing stay, we had a group of older ladies for my mums hen do and it was a perfect, quiet, remote setting. Absolutely stunning views, evwrything was clean, lovely and modern, with under floor heating downstairs. The gate was a bit hard to understand and was not in the welcome book but we got there in the end. Overall very happy with our stay! Thanks

we had a great break in Natasha's flat. We were two couples and it is just right size for us. The flat was absolutely beautiful and high standard. Natasha communicated with us very promptly and all informations are helpful and accurate. We had the most excellent stay and would love to come back. The way that Claire and James had prepared the house for arrival was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. The place felt like a boutique hotel that we had to ourselves. They are truly excellent hosts. The two bars, incredible views, comfortable beds and sofas created a truly opulent experience. We had a great stay at Walcot yard, beautiful house with parking and a few minutes walk to Bath city centre it was perfect, nice restaurants nearby, the house is great, immaculate we loved it! thank you !

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung, geschmackvoll, hochwertig, sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Küche gut ausgestattet, bei Ankunft schon Kaffee, Milch, Kekse,... vorhanden. Sehr schönes Schlafzimmer ( tolles Bett) und Bad. Zudem hinter dem Haus eine kleine, geschützte Terrasse. Der Ortskern ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Bath mit dem Bus in 30 Minuten.

The Rosmary Country Cottage is very nice and very welcoming house. Close to the city of Bath so accessible by taxi or bus (there is a stop right in front). We were happy to have chosen this accommodation. Bath is a beautiful town and we had a really great time.

Just had a wonderful 2 days in this gorgeous home away from home in a fabulous location to Bath city centre. The place was absolutely spotless and very well presented. Everything you needed was provided. With the city centre only a 10 minute walk away this accommodation was perfect. Would highly recommend

We stayed at Linhay Cottage for 3 nights and had a wonderful time, it was perfect for the 3 of us. Robert was very responsive and dealt with our queries promptly which we really appreciated. The cottage itself was very clean both inside and the outdoor areas so all we had to do was unpack. The gardens are immaculate and we made use of the ping pong table and swing outside. Robert has clearly put a lot of thought into the style of furniture and decor as it was beautifully done up. We had everything we needed and was the ideal stay for us to have a bit of time out of our busy lives and just relax in a peaceful environment. The bedrooms are a good size and having en-suites in both the rooms were ideal for us, again done up really nicely and the bedroom and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Drive into Bath is about 20 minutes, well worth a visit if you haven’t been before. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to go back to the area and would recommend to others :-)

Fantastic little bolt hole for when I am visiting family in the West Country. Easy access to the city, to the skyline trail, and to the surrounding towns. All in all a great find that we'll be returning to.

We really enjoyed our stay and Charlie’s place had everything we needed. It’s walkable into Bath and well-placed to do things outside of the centre too. Charlie was really helpful in sorting permits for on road parking too. We’d definitely come back!

A hidden gem - the perfect location for exploring the local area and spending time in Bath. The park and ride couldn't be easier to use - 5 minute drive and free parking. The instructions for finding the apartment itself are very helpful. The apartment was spotless, exactly like the photos and has all the amenities you could need. The local information folder Elaine supplied came in handy for getting my bearings. As it is located on a well used road, you can hear cars passing by from the bedroom but they are not too loud/ don't disrupt your sleep. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and the shower was always hot. Couldn't recommend enough!

Our group of five spent a wonderful weekend at Ian's lovely house in the Bear Flat area of Bath. The house is very well appointed and was presented in tip-top condition with the host's personal stamp really making the place feel homely. The photos in the listing look very nice, and we can confirm that the house and the garden really are as advertised! Small touches like the provision of USB-C chargers around the house also went a long way to helping us immediately settle in. The proximity to local shops was also very handy, the city centre a leisurely 20 minute walk down the hill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with family or (well behaved!) friends to this gem of a city.

Staying here was a wonderful start to our vacation in the UK. Plenty of space for four adults and two children. Highly recommend—so peaceful with a panoramic view!
