Holiday rentals with a patio in Batson Creek

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

Beautiful place and perfect location. Would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues due to number of steps, but it certainly gave our legs a work out.

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. Chapel Cottage was perfect for our last minute family holiday. The cottage is spacious & has two sundecks & a summer house. It's a 10 min walk to town where there are lots of restaurants & takeaways. We swam & kayaked at North Sands & walked the coastal path on both sides of the estuary. Salcombe is a hilly town & the cottage is on 3 levels so you don't have any problem getting your daily step count in!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

My fiancé and I visited for 2 nights and found the accommodation brilliant, the host informative and friendly and the surrounding scenery is amazing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Andrew and Wendy!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this fantastic house, it easily fitted 7 adults and two small dogs. The attention to detail in decor and amenities was impressive, there was literally nothing that we thought we needed as everything was thought of and provided and more. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The four double bedrooms (1 was a king or 2 singles) were very comfortable and quality toiletries provided in the three bathrooms. The shared areas were spacious and comfortable with plentiful seating, and all ages catered for. The hot tub and fire pit on the decking was great, and the view from the front of the house is stunning! Denise was proactive from the start and ensured our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10! We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home from home.

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, spacious and had everything we needed. The whole house was immaculate. The cove is a short walk away, we also enjoyed the walk in to the harbour. Josh was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and very helpful. This place is a true delight, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Herons is a delightful house in a beautiful quiet location. An easy walk in to town. It took a while to master using the Aga! The house is very clean and well equipped. A lovely sunny balcony for breakfast and a garden with bbq for afternoon and evening sunshine. Ample space for 8 people. We will happily return.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a short walk from the town center and the waterfront, which made it easy to enjoy everything Salcombe has to offer. The facilities were also very good – the place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
