Really enjoyed our stay. We felt we could have booked for an extra day as the place was perfect for our needs and looked exactly like the photos. his was a perfect find for 3 friends as we all had a room each and the hosts respected our privacy. The host greeted us when we arrived and were friendly, giving some suggestions on how the suggested taxi ride was to to town etc. Definitely would consider coming back if am ever in the the area again. ....you can totally chill at suki's place...just watch the world go by, tides come in & go out...also nice beer at hand if you do need to walk 50yds..

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Loved this cosy house, in an absolutely spanking part of Salcombe. I've been coming here for best part of 35+ years and this location is second to none right in-between north and south sands (the brilliance of this cannot be underplayed). the ground floor is the perfect place for tweens to hang and the views from the garden are glorious even when the weather is bad! thank you too to Annie and her team for being perfect and responsive hosts - you were great! We'll be back ...

Sarah and Mark are total legends, their place is beautifully designed to give guests privacy while also allowing you to feel like a true village resident during your stay. The accommodation feels authentic and cosy yet full of natural light. Walks in all directions are stunning, as are the beaches. The local pub is brilliant.

Haven offers an excellent family home central to Salcombe and local amenities. The spacious bedrooms, open plan living and well resourced kitchen provided everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our holiday. The check in process was straight forward, excellent communication from the host and local information contributed to our enjoyable stay.

We always enjoy our visits to Salcombe and have been coming to Magdala for many years. It is in a beautiful position and provides the accommodation that we need.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is spotless and nicely decorated. The house is at the top of the hill which isn't for the faint hearted, but Salcombe is very hilly so you'll likely have this is most places. Personally I think the uphill walk back is worth it for the house, off road parking (worth its weight in gold), the views and Heidi as a host. Heidi is very responsive and helpful, I couldn't ask for more.

Our stay on Raleigh Road was fantastic, the house was quirky and spacious. Matched the description and was perfect for us 4 adults and 3 children. With the addition of the high tide annex there could easily have been 2 more adults. Very clean and had a lot of essentials which places don’t normally stock. Location was good albeit a steep decline to the harbour, extremely convenient shop across the road. Would definitely visit again!

We had a fabulous stay. Great location within walking distance of Salcombe town centre and a wonderful, cosy house that accommodated our two families. We particularly loved the big, bright kitchen dining area to hang out in for lazy brunches. Brilliant place, would book again.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It was delightfully clean, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The surroundings and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Although Halwell House was not easy to find, Diana provided detailed directions so we did not go wrong and was always available to give help and advice. We are certainly hoping to make a return visit before too long.

I booked this accommodation on behalf of colleagues working in the area, and it turned out to be a great fit. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the booking and stay. My colleagues were very happy with the experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in the area.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.
