The place is lovely. Exactly like the pictures. Has all the kitchen basics, and we were glad for an extra set of towels and linens. The host thoughtfully provided a few hotel touches like shower caps, toothbrushes, etc. which was really nice. Like other reviews say, it's a basement with a pump on the drain system, but the noise is not terribly disturbing if you close the bathroom door. The neighborhood is great if you want to enjoy Batumi nightlife. Plenty of cafes, bars, and grocery stores within 15 minute walking radius, and not too far from the waterfront. Not recommended if you want "peace and quiet" because this is in a busy area, so there's lots of traffic and pedestrian noise. But it's great if you want to be in the middle of the fun.

Miranda and her husband were great hosts. This is my second stay there, but this time they landscaped the entire yard which made my stay even more pleasurable. Short walk to the sea and plenty of store's nearby. Recommend
