Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

If you come by train, the accommodation is 2 km away. Possibility of taking buses. It is very well located in relation to the very pretty port of St Goustan.

We spent three days in a very nice and very clean apartment in the middle of a beautiful wooded park. The accommodation is very quiet and well located in the city and close to all the sites to visit. Recent and very clean place. Spacious and quiet. Small downside, not too much storage in the bedrooms. We don't know where to put our things. But this is just a detail that can be improved for future hosts. Damien is very approachable and very receptive. I recommend it without a problem. For me, it's a 10 out of 10 😁👍

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.
