The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Newly renovated mini penthouse, carefully furnished and equipped with an exclusive private terrace of 24 square meters. The center of Oristano is just 350 meters away. It'll take a five-minute walk to all the amenities you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. In 20-25 minutes by car (or bus) you will reach the famous and beaches of Sinis, such as Is Arutas or San Giovanni. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

Beautiful loft studio with large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.
