You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Centrally located place. You are in Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen in no time. The U-Bahn [subway] is 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. You can watch TV in the living room (projector) and bedroom (TV). Wi-Fi is available 🙂 Since I live in the apartment myself, private items are available in the rooms (cabinets, drawers, walls, etc.). I'll provide a few drawers/compartments + half of the fridge - I hope you understand 🤞🏽☺️

The old drawing studio has been lovingly renovated and very individually decorated. It is surrounded by greenery, very quiet, and yet within walking distance(19 minutes) to Murnauer Altstadt. In 25 minutes you can walk to the frog lake or by bike in a few minutes. The many large windows of the drawing studio put you directly in the surrounding nature.

Welcome to the Danube! The rustic, cozy Stelzenhütte as an overnight nest and optional dinner hut (approx. 6m² + anteroom) for 2 people. Here you forget the time. "Door to, world out" The bed has a width of 1.1m x 2m and is cuddly but fully adequate, especially because of the breathtaking views of nature, the river and the harbor.
