Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grilling chirps and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

A lovely hideaway on a hillside near Lake Maggiore. Felix’s house has a larger plot for the Village, and there’s an extra garden swing and lower lounging area in the garden to enjoy throughout the day. The views are lovely and we felt very secluded. Peaceful retreat with great access to the shared pools, crazy golf and a restaurant meant we had things to do without having to drive down the hill everyday. Recommended

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We felt comfortable in Umberto's quiet and well-kept apartment. The co-host Silvia is very helpful and available at any time. A special thank you to them. The surroundings offer a lot of beautiful, very practical for different activities. The terrace with the beautiful view of the lake is perfect if you don't want to do anything.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Cozy and quiet wee house. Very comfortable stay. 10 minutes drive from Stresa, in quiet village on the hillside. Needed to close shutters in bedroom due to outside security light from across the street. Romanesque church 100 metres away was amazing!!

Great cozy house in a very quiet location. The house is well suited for couples due to the size and equipment. But our daughter (almost 4 years) also loved it. We were all very comfortable. It is very original, I liked that. Infants should either not walk yet or be able to walk stairs very well. It was very clean and everything necessary such as tea towels or dishwasher detergent was available. There's no unnecessary decor. Marco is very nice, answers quickly and overall everything was uncomplicated.

I loved it at Corte Di Brenta. It is an old style Lombardy Court house, part of a classic Corte Lombarda, northern Italy. In particular I loved the two main bedrooms, each with their own mosaic terrace, where You can sit peacefully sipping a good drink or enjoying some local good food. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains from the back terrace. Great shower cubicle in the upstairs bathroom, with a rain shower and jacuzzi. All is there for your confort and an easy life, and a good holiday. Lovely garden too. Just make Yourself at home. Plenty of fun on offer too in that beautiful area of lakes and mountains. Great eateries and patisseries too, just ask Andrea or the locals. Two places from Me: Circolo Di Arolo, and Pasticceria Marabelli on the Varese Lake. For a great night of food and JAZZ head for Il Sorpasso, Laveno Mombello, on Lake Maggiore. Must book in advance. Life is Good @Corte Di Brenta.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. The communication with Alberto was also super, always responded quickly and kindly. Alberto and Lorenza thank you for your hospitality, the chance that we will come again is great! This very nice Chalet (which might have been an old Rustico) is in a really prime location, with magnifincient views over the lake and the mountains. The location is very quiet, also as it is at the end of a tiny private road. The house is well-equiped, and well prepared for us. We are a family with 2 small kids (5 and 11), who enjoyed the views, the garden and the wild life (especially the lizards) all around the house. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We cannot even express how beautiful this stay turned out for us. It‘s an abosulte gorgeous place, very idyllic and the scenery breathtaking. We enjoyed every second in and around the accomodation and would love to come back one day! A place of calm, peaceful and private energy, where all the noise from the hustle in everyday life is reduces to birds chirping. Pieter and his wife are two beautiful souls, super layed back, welcoming and kind. We loved the time we got to spend together too, so we want to express our gratitude for this unique and incredible experience staying in Vararo!

The cottage is very nice and furnished with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. The location is beautiful, in one of the small alleys of the village, but you can still reach the lake promenade in 5 minutes, where there are many good restaurants. As a small note: since the apartment is located in the old town, there is no parking at the house. There are several public parking lots nearby, but you have to be lucky to get one.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Ghiffa. The accommodation in the small charming town and the balcony with the beautiful lake view let us experience the Italian "dolce vita". ☀️ The accommodation was overall super clean, very well equipped and cozy. Wilko supported us superbly from check-in to check-out and provided us with lots of helpful information and tips. We felt totally comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation! 😊

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay :) The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, and the lake was the perfect spot to relax. Luca and his family were incredibly welcoming. He was always super friendly and easy to reach whenever we needed anything, which made everything even more comfortable.

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

A stay that met our expectations… Fabulous lake views, 5-minute walk to the lake, swimming facilitated by a few steps! The apartment is really great and the calm is fantastic. Thank you for your warm welcome and especially for your joie de vivre.

Casa Eli was such a perfect spot. We swam in the lake at Alana every morning and then went hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. Cambiasca is a lovely little village with a great pizza restaurant, a couple of bars for coffee, and a 5 min drive for groceries. We especially enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the shade, and so appreciated the beautiful space Roberta has created with the exposed brick and high arched ceilings. Gorgeous - highly recommend that you stay here.

a very nice accommodation, for those who appreciate tranquility and a nice village community more than tourist hustle and bustle on Lake Maggiore. Cavandone is a nice starting point for small hikes.

Our holiday at Lake Maggiore in Casa Angela was dreamlike. The house was super clean and has everything you need. Angela and Max are such great hosts with a cordiality and hospitality that is unparalleled. They are very happy to respond to extra requests. The included boat trip with Max was our highlight of the holiday. Also, the fact that we had the whole house to ourselves was wonderful. So our son could jump around and didn't disturb anyone.
