Castle holiday rentals in Bay of Biscay

Je suis PMR fauteuil roulant et Béquilles. Accessible PMR pour quelqu’un qui marche un peu. Très beau parc avec de très grands arbres. Une très belle piscine pas très chaude mais plaisante. Petits déjeuners généreux avec vu sur le parc. Un très beau château qui accueille les petits chihuahuas. Une très belle chambre paisible avec cuisine. Nous avons passé un très agréable et reposant 15 août. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

The tower is such a special place, truly memorable - like nowhere we’ve ever stayed before. Beautiful views - the best in St Martin - with unique architecture and a peaceful garden that made us feel we were in the countryside despite being in the heart of the town. And Alain was a great host, friendly and welcoming - and with an amazing atelier! We hope we can return very soon.

Y no lo decimos por decir viajamos muchísimo y nos hospedamos en muchos lugares, pero una anfitriona como Pilar no hemos tenido aun aún. muy atenta a nosotros durante toda la estancia,nos aconsejaba lugares preciosos que ella misma había visitado y vivido. todo un encanto El apartamento es PRECIOSO!! y en un castillo ESPECTACULAR,merece la pena vivir la experiencia Una situación en un lugar de ensueño,ES DE CUENTO Nos vamos con mucha pena y muchísimas ganas de volver GRACIAS PILAR!!

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour chez Antoine ! La maison est très agréable, les salons au RDC sont superbement décorés tandis que la chambre est très grande, bien chauffée et le lit à baldaquin grand et confortable Le beau temps nous a également permis de profiter du joli parc bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent pour compléter le tout On recommande aussi à proximité La Roche Bernard magnifique petit village où on trouve de quoi très bien dîner. Merci à nos hôtes

This was a magical experience! Rather than just look from the outside, we actually slept in a chateaux furnished in period furniture. Although it is a ways from town and requires a car…. It was well equipped for cooking meals, lots of peaceful outdoor space and a beautiful setting. Felt like I’d stepped back in time (but the bathrooms were modern.). The owners met us, showed us around although their English is limited. They were warm and welcoming.

The most beautiful chateaux, lovely grounds, very tranquil, everything we needed. We felt very privileged to stay in David’s beautiful home. David was an amazing host, superb recommendations, thank you so much

Another great, but quick visit to Champdolent. The chateau is starting to feel like our second home in Charentes. Thanks Dominque and Line.

We had a lovely stay at Monique's place at the start of our holiday in Bordeaux. The location is great, a turn off a main road and you are in the private and peaceful grounds of the chateaux, with one side completely to yourself. Monique was very kind to our little daughter and helpful in providing a cot, bath and high chair to make things really easy for us. The grounds are lovely, with a little river running through nearby. The apartment is cosy and comfortable. This would be a great stay for anyone looking to do trips into Bordeaux or the surrounds and easily get back to a quiet sanctuary. A tip from me would be to drive to the Park and Ride at the Hippodrome rather than use the nearest one to the property - the angles there are very tight!

A fantastic family chateau that accommodated 3 families comfortably, and even nicer in real life than in the photos. Large well kept grounds and loads of space to explore. There is plenty to do in the local area. Basic amenities within a few minutes' drive including a great riverside bistro in Daon, the nearby large town of Chateau-Gontier is 15 mins away while Angers is around 40 mins away for everything a city provides. Highly recommended!

Une très belle demeure, spacieuse avec un très bel extérieure. Dépaysement total ! Angers à 30 minutes et s’il vous manque quelques choses, des magasins pas très loin. Beau terrain de tennis et belle piscine chauffée. La château était très propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. Nous gardons l’adresse pour une prochaine fois !

Wir waren etwas über eine Woche in der Unterkunft in Quimperle. Der Ort ist sehr schön, tolle Ecken, leckere Restaurants und ein toller Spielplatz am Fluss. Von dort aus konnte man gut Ausflüge in andere Städte und Strände machen. Vor allem die Küstenwanderungen haben wir als Familie genossen.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement était très grand avec beaucoup de couchages séparés, il n’y a aucune pièce « dortoirs ». Le jardins avec la terrasse vue sur la baie est définitivement un plus sans aucun vis à vis Le charme de cette maison reste l’un des atouts majeurs !

We really had a lovely time in Brittany and enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment. The host extremely helpful und supportive!

Tout est à l'avenant : l'accueil personnalisé de Monique, à la fois disponible et discrète, une arrivée devant un manoir typique, un jardin super bien entretenu (amis de la nature, détendez-vous dans les transats ou réveillez-vous, au son des chants d'oiseau), pénétrez dans votre dépendance du manoir par un escalier qui craque un peu et laissez-vous envahir par une chambre cosy équipée de sa salle de bain privative et d'un coin pause-café et ses biscuits agrémenté d'un frigo où vous attendent eau fraîche et jus de mandarine maison à tomber par terre!

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying here. The castle is full of history. The rooms are so comfortable and everything is in amazing condition. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Séjour parfait, tout est conforme aux photos et à la description de l’annonce. Le château est très bien adapté pour un groupe d’amis de 12 personnes ! Les plus du logement : les deux poêles avec bois fournis, les jeux de société et appareils à raclette pour passer de bons moments. Je recommande vivement !
