The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im EG der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 57 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzimmer die Couch zusätzlich für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize-Doppelbett umgebaut werden.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
